Executive Assistant to Festival Director and Managing Director (full time, permanent)
The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced and creative Executive Assistant to join the team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.
You will provide high level administrative and operational support to the Festival Director and the Managing Director including liaising with a wide range of partners, artists and stakeholders, managing diaries and travel and supporting the preparations for meetings, receptions and presentations. You will be passionate about the arts, have great communication and administrative skills and an exceptional eye for detail.

Data Administrator (long term contract)
Salary: £24,000pa pro rata
10 month contract
The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Data Administrator (long term contract) to join the team. We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.
You will enjoy working with data, and get satisfaction from setting up office systems. You will as comfortable working independently as you are working as part of a team. An understanding of the implications of the new General Data Protection Regulations and wider approaches to data protection and data management are essential. The job is offered for a 10 month contract.

We are currently recruiting for the following position at The Hub:
Wedding & Private Event Sales Coordinator (full time, permanent)
Salary: £18,000 per annum
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a full time Wedding & Private Event Sales Coordinator at The Hub, an iconic venue at the top of Edinburgh’s Royal Mile. The prime function of this role is to grow the business profitably through proactive and reactive routes.
In this key role for our business, your responsibility will be to effectively handle and convert wedding and social enquiries from initial stages through to final details, followed by accurate communication of client details to the Events Team.
You will ensure customer's expectations are met and exceeded, in turn supporting the achievement of the venue’s budget and targets.
A key part of this role is to conduct show rounds for weddings and special events. You will also assist with organisation of wedding showcases and attend networking and marketing events.
The ideal candidate will be sales orientated, have proven networking experience with the ability to proactively promote this iconic venue to maximise revenue. You will also bring with you excellent communication skills at all levels and be adept at identifying customer needs and providing solutions to match these. You will be organised, have exceptional attention to detail and the desire to go the extra mile for our customers.
